Before you apply
- Explore our partner universities
- Read our student testimonials
Apply to be nominated
Once you are nominated
- Work with the International Office to apply to the partner university of your choice
- Complete the Outgoing Undergraduate Student Exchange Permission Form
- Complete the Health Coverage Waiver Form (if you have opted out of the Concordia Students鈥� Association鈥檚 Health and Dental Plan)
Before you go
- Register as a continuing student by completing the Permission Form – EXST 2XX
- Complete the Off-Campus Travel Authorization Form
- Attend a mandatory pre-departure orientation session
Upon your return
- Attend a mandatory return orientation session
